Once an item is purchased, you are able to make an exchange or return within 5 days after your item have arrived.

All items are eligible for return with a plausible reason. All items that arrives damaged or broken are eligible for a exchange or return. In most cases, evidence of damage must be presented before things could be dealt with. Feel free to contact us anytime for more questions.

Pre-Ordered Items

**PRE-ORDERS: Pre-order items are not instock and will be ordered from the manufacturer. Allow up to 2 weeks for pre-orders to reach you. Pre-orders is a cheaper way to get the item you want as well as a way to get a size for an item that is out of stock.
